Recupero password primaria

La password primaria, presente nel foglio di ritiro ricevuto in struttura il giorno dell'esame, non può essere recuperata in maniera automatica.

Recupero password secondaria

Per recuperare la password secondaria seguire le seguenti istruzioni:

  1. Inserire il proprio username nel relativo campo
  2. Verificare che lo username inserito sia corretto (controllare caratteri maiuscoli/minuscoli)
  3. Confermare il recupero password con l'apposito tasto

Se lo username inserito è presente nel database dell'applicativo, verrà generata una nuova password e inviata al contatto fornito in fase di creazione dell'account (ad es. indirizzo email).

L'invio della nuova password potrebbe richiedere fino a 10 minuti.

Primary password retrieval

The primary password, found in the withdrawal sheet given by the clinic/hospital the day of the exam, cannot be automatically retrieved.

Please contact the clinic/hospital.

Secondary password retrieval

To retrieve the secondary password follow the following steps:

  1. Fill in your username in the corresponding field
  2. Verify that the provided username is correct (check uppercase/lowercase characters)
  3. Confirm the password retrieval using the corresponding button

If the username is present in the application's database, the system will generate a new password and send it to the contact point provided when creating the account (eg. email address).

It could take up to 10 minutes for the new password to be sent.
